Tamilnadu Public Building Licencing Act 1965:
As per the Above Act 1965, Structural stability certificate (Form A,B & C) should be obtained only from the engineer’s specially appointed by the District Collector of the concerned District and the recommendation by the Board of Chief Engineers PWD, Tamil Nadu. Above Certificate is valid for a period of Three Years.
How to Obtain Form D ?
As Per The Tamil Nadu Public Buildings (Licensing) Act, a statement accompanying that, Forms A, B, and C are attached. In addition to the Sanitary Certificate obtained from The Health and Sanitary Inspector and the Fire NOC obtained from the District Fire Officer or any other officer commission to issue the certificate, The District collector or tahsildar will be issued Form D after the submission of all the above certificates. (Form ABC, Fire NOC, and Health NOC) in order to function under the Government Act.
